KIN CLUB LADIES NIGHT FUNDRAISER APRIL 5@7:00

Gotta love a FUN FUNDRAISER!

Come spend the evening with us and choose any of the projects listed. Register with a friend or come and meet some new ones.

This workshop will have all of your wooden pieces laser cut for you and we will guide you through the step by step process of painting and shading it.

This class is located at The Adanac Hall on the Museum Grounds in Unity, SK and starts at 6:30 pm. You can expect that your project will take you around the 3 hour mark (that'll depend how how much you visit and chatter with friends!)

Please note that we will be working with paints so wear appropriate clothing or bring an apron. For those of you that use reading glasses, we will be doing some intricate work so don't forget to bring those.

Adult beverages will be available for sale so bring some cash.

For those of you that would love to support the Kin Club but can't make the date OR would love more to do at home you are welcome to order a 'Kit To Go'. All parts, paints, glue, and instructions are provided for you to take home to paint on your own time. When ordering just let me know in the notes section. All Kits To Go will also be included in the Fundraiser for the Kin Club.

Registration

* Workshop registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

* All workshop tickets must be prepaid in advance.

Cancellations

* The Barn Owl reserves the right to cancel any workshop with less than 4 participants.

* In the event of a cancellation by The Barn Owl you will have the choice of having a Kit To Go, transferring to another event or have your item made for you so that you have the finished product completed by the instructor.

* If you are unable to attend a workshop due to illness or any other reason your project will be converted into a Kit to Go, complete with materials and instructions if prior notice has been given wither by phone, text, email or DM

* Kits to Go must be picked up within 30 days of the original workshop date or will be donated.

* No-show- Participants who fail to attend without prior notice will forfeit their Kits To Go, being able to transfer to another event or have their item completed by an instructor.

Transfers

* Workshops may be transferred to another guest if you are unable to personally attend.

* The new attendee must be willing to complete the project you originally registered for, as materials have already been prepared.

Refunds and Credits

*NO REFUNDS will be offered for cancelled workshops or no-shows.

Kit to Go Specifications

* Kits to Go include all necessary materials and detailed instructions to complete the project at home.

* While we strive to provide an experience as close to the in-person workshop as possible, please note that direct instructor guidance is not included with Kits to Go.
