The Vanscoy & District Agricultural Society is knocking it out of the park!

There are lots of 3D Wooden Lasercut projects to choose from. We will provide you with all of the instruction, cutout parts, paint, brushes, and you will go home with your very own finished project. Please note that just because our samples are painted in certain colours - it doesn't mean that you have to paint them that way.

These projects are great for ANY skill level (12 years plus)

Come on down and have yourself a fun time! Bring your people or come by yourself and meet new ones! The Vanscoy & District Ag Society will also be providing coffee and a small snack during your paint class.

Register online to reserve your project. The first 40 projects booked online will be $25 each. After the first 40 projects, you can still join us of course at $50 per project. So don't doddle and get registering right away!

Please note that there is one project available per person at the discounted price and must be painted on the day of the event.  Discounted projects are not available for Take Home.  So, if you order 5 projects at the discounted price there is to be 5 painters on the day of the event.

DEADLINE FOR ALL ORDERS IS 6:00 PM JAN 30, 2025.

We work with acrylic paints, so if you are concerned about getting it on your clothes, then dress appropriately. There will be some fine details that you can add so if you wear reading glasses or bifocals bring them with you.

WORKSHOP POLICIES

• If you are unable to attend a workshop because of illness, where possible you project will be made into a Kit to Go complete with materials & instructions. By default your kit will come with the project colours shown on the website, but we can make minor changes at your request.
• Should you cancel due to illness/other your project will be make in to a Kit to Go and must be picked up within 30 days, no shows will forfeit their kits.
• Workshops may be transferred to another guest if you are unable to personally attend but they must be willing to complete the project you originally registered for as we have already prepared your materials for you.
• NO REFUNDS will be offered and store credits will only be issued for classes that we are unable to make Kits to Go.
• The Barn Owl reserves the right to cancel a workshop with less than 12 participants, but will happily make a Kit to Go in replace if possible.

WORKSHOP SAFETY POLICY

• I nearby release The Barn Owl Inc. from all liability relating to injuries that may occur at The Barn Owl store/workshop. By agreeing to these policies, I agree to hold The Barn Owl Inc. entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.
• We do encourage guests to wear clothing that will not be damaged by paint.
• I do not have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in this activity.
• Upon registration I forfeit all right to bring a suit against The Barn Owl in for any reason.
