- In the event that you are unable to attend a class created by The Barn Owl, we offer the option to transfer you to another class or provide you with a take-home project kit. If we are unable to made the project into a kit (due to the large variety and tools required to participate) or are not offering that class again you will be provided with a store credit. - Please note that tickets for classes brought into the store are non-refundable if you are unable to attend. You may transfer to a guest of your choosing but they must be willing to complete the project you purchased. - We strictly prohibit the selling of tickets through third-party platforms due to the prevalence of scams.

Please note that all items marked as sale are considered final sale, meaning they cannot be returned or exchanged. Our return policy allows for returns within 7 days of purchase, however, any returns requested after this timeframe will require a valid receipt. Please be aware that personal items and items purchased from local vendors are not eligible for return or exchange.

-I hereby absolve The Barn Owl of any responsibility in the event of injuries occurring at their store or workshop. By accepting these terms, I release The Barn Owl from all liability, including financial obligations, for any injuries sustained, regardless of the cause. -I also release The Barn Owl from any liability for damage to clothing or footwear that may happen at their store/workshop. Although aprons are provided, guests are advised to wear attire that is not susceptible to paint damage. By agreeing to these terms, I agree to hold The Barn Owl harmless from any liability, including financial responsibility for damages incurred, regardless of the cause. -I confirm that I do not have any conditions that would increase my risk of injury during this activity. By registering, I waive my right to take legal action against The Barn Owl for any reason.
