Registration

* Workshop registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

* All workshop tickets must be prepaid in advance.

Cancellations

* The Barn Owl reserves the right to cancel any workshop with low registrations.

* In the event of a cancellation by The Barn Owl you will have the choice of having a Kit To Go, transferring to another event or have your item made for you so that you have the finished product completed by the instructor.

* If you are unable to attend a workshop due to illness or any other reason your project will be converted into a Kit to Go where possible complete with materials and instructions IF prior notice has been given wither by phone, text, email or DM.

* Kits to Go must be picked up within 30 days of the original workshop date or will be donated.

* No-show- Participants who fail to attend without prior notice will forfeit their Kits To Go, being able to transfer to another event or have their item completed by an instructor.

Transfers

* Workshops may be transferred to another guest if you are unable to personally attend.

* The new attendee must be willing to complete the project you originally registered for, as materials have already been prepared.

Refunds and Credits

*NO REFUNDS will be offered for cancelled workshops or no-shows.

Kit to Go Specifications

* Kits to Go include all necessary materials and detailed instructions to complete the project at home.

* While we strive to provide an experience as close to the in-person workshop as possible, please note that direct instructor guidance is not included with Kits to Go.

We recommend that you carefully consider your schedule before booking a workshop. The Barn Owl reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to registered participants and applied to future bookings.

Please note that all workshops are final sale as instructors are paid out at the time of your registration. Where possible we will make every effort possible to exchange one project for another.

I hereby absolve The Barn Owl of any responsibility in the event of injuries occurring at their store or workshop. By accepting these terms, I release The Barn Owl from all liability, including financial obligations, for any injuries sustained, regardless of the cause. I also release The Barn Owl from any liability for damage to clothing or footwear that may happen at their store/workshop.

Guests are advised to wear attire that is not susceptible to paint damage and tie their hair back.

By agreeing to these terms, I agree to hold The Barn Owl harmless from any liability, including financial responsibility for damages incurred, regardless of the cause. I confirm that I do not have any conditions that would increase my risk of injury during this activity. By registering, I waive my right to take legal action against The Barn Owl for any reason.
